Job Title: Licensed Practical NurseJob Summary:

IntelyCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Princeton Junction, NJ. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing compassionate care to residents while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track their use and effects, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for residents, working collaboratively with staff to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist with the orientation and training of new colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
