About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by evaluating and diagnosing lawn and ornamental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose lawn and ornamental needs
  • Apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintain a company vehicle and equipment
  • Meet sales and service goals
Requirements
  • Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawn care and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • Possess current Driver's License
  • Maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
