Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Data: Assess available information and regulatory guidelines to ascertain the viability of prospective projects.
  • Scope Development: Collaborate with the Office Leader to outline service scopes and estimate fees for upcoming projects.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and establish design and permitting timelines for effective project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of engineering interns and CAD designers in the design and permitting of land development and municipal infrastructure initiatives.
  • Documentation Preparation: Oversee or assist in the preparation and revision of calculations, cost estimates, designs, reports, permit applications, and construction specifications.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure the smooth approval of permit applications and project plans.
  • Construction Oversight: Conduct site observations to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and construction plans.
  • Project Closure: Execute project close-out procedures and facilitate debrief sessions with the project team.
