Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the health of grass, trees, plants, and shrubs through mowing, pruning, and trimming as necessary.
  • Regularly water and monitor the growth of all greenery.
  • Identify and remove invasive plants and weeds effectively.
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned, which may include mowing, weed whacking, transporting materials, digging, planting, and leveling soil.
  • Handle company equipment responsibly and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
  • Arrive at work punctually, dressed appropriately for the job and weather conditions.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for an 8-hour workday.

  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, or cold, as necessary.
