Job Summary:
As a Medical Laboratory Specialist at Upson Regional Medical Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results. Your primary responsibility will be to perform clinical laboratory analysis on patient specimens, adhering to strict quality control procedures. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all laboratory tests are conducted with the highest level of precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory tests on patient specimens, including blood draws and other sample collections
Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory test results and quality control procedures
Collaborate with our team to ensure that all laboratory tests are conducted with the highest level of precision and accuracy
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited program in Medical Technology (MLT or MT, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
