Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Description:

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the United States.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
