About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, and make recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
