Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Radiologic Technologist RT. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for radiological procedures, conducting X-rays, and ensuring the proper functioning of radiology equipment. You will also be expected to log radiologic procedures, obtain pre-authorization from insurance companies, and clarify discrepancy radiology readings with medical providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures and conduct X-rays following established protocols for patient care and safety
  • Use radiation protection and shielding materials to ensure safe working conditions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment to prevent malfunctions
  • Log and document radiologic procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification and Registration
  • Applicable state licensure (as required by state)
  • Active Drivers License
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
