Are you a seasoned dentist looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking an experienced Dental Supervisor to join our team at the State of Wisconsin. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of our dental clinics and supervise a team of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical dentistry, experience leading and directing staff, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that work performance and quality of care meet community standards and state regulations.

As a Dental Supervisor, you will also provide general dentistry services, including examinations, evaluations, and restorative procedures. You will work closely with our Dental Director to implement policies and procedures and ensure seamless interactions between departments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $98.00 to $109.28 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our benefits package also includes a pension plan, 457 retirement savings plan, and a generous leave policy.
