About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our manufacturing team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols that support our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce quality standards, procedures, and control plans to ensure consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality-related issues, utilizing data-driven approaches to implement effective solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes, focusing on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall product quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet our quality requirements and resolve any quality concerns.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies for all manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and other relevant data, preparing reports to communicate quality performance and trends to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Status
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering.
  • Experience with high-volume manufacturing & assembly engineering of complex products in an automotive, consumer, or aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, DOE, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, ERP, and PLM software.
  • Proficient in ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements.
Estimated Salary Range:

$110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
