About the Role

At adidas, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Retail Store Associates. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
  • Participate in stockroom organization and inventory management.
  • Support store events, promotions, and activities, promoting a positive and engaging store environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
