About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • As a licensed practical nurse, you will participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, using your expertise to assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans.
  • You will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve desired patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and respect.
  • Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC), a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
