The ideal candidate should be skilled in a variety of cooking methods such as poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying to effectively manage multiple stations during service.

Compensation Range:

$12 - $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items through grilling, broiling, or sautéing according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up cooking stations and organize required ingredients prior to each shift.
  • Maintain quality standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, ensuring proper storage and waste management practices.
  • Exhibit professionalism and friendliness in all interactions with guests, suppliers, and team members.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, cooking tools, and refrigeration units in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification such as GED.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with kitchen hygiene, safety protocols, equipment handling, and food preservation techniques.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, keen attention to detail, and a committed work ethic.
