About the Role

The Production Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading a group of employees and ensuring the successful execution of daily production goals. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to continually improve processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee training standards and provide direction to ensure safe and efficient production
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain compliance with regulations and policies
  • Manage personnel in a professional manner, promoting a culture of respect and dignity
  • Monitor material usage and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience as a supervisor or department lead in manufacturing or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
  • Proven experience as a hands-on manager with strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
