Job Summary
The Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a highly skilled ICU RN to join our team. As an Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and emotional needs of the patient and family.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment.

Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Associate degree is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Required Licenses: Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state).
- Required Certification: BLS required. ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
