PennState Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead the Cardiovascular Unit as a Manager. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the Transplant program, ensuring high-quality patient care services that meet and conform to all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the full delivery of patient care from pre-transplant to post-transplant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial and quality outcomes of the program.
  • Provide oversight of the Transplant program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an appropriate allied health or hospital leadership position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
  • Strong candidate will have one (1) or more years of experience with transplant and or cardiovascular services.
