Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our Dining department at Phoebe Ministries in Wyncote, PA.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for producing high-quality menu items, following set recipes and production worksheets, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items for multiple serving areas and main dining venues
• Coordinate the distribution of prepared menu items for special events and daily meals
• Perform culinary duties in the main production kitchen
• Meet food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of related experience and/or training in food production and service
• Serve-Safe certification or ability to become certified within probationary period
• Mixed shifts of 1st and 2nd Shift
