Job Title: Endocrinologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical System. As an Endocrinologist, you will play a crucial role in the management of patients with diabetes and endocrine issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat disorders affecting hormone levels and endocrine glands.
  • Care for patients with disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary gland, adrenal gland, pancreas, testes, ovaries, and growth hormone disorders.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shared call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Medical degree and completion of medical residency.
  • Possess and maintain current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
  • Possess and maintain current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland or ability to acquire an unrestricted license.
  • Possess and maintain current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
  • Demonstrate meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
  • Demonstrate appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
