Role Overview
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service. Address any challenges related to titles and escalate to the Office Manager as necessary.
    • Handle incoming inquiries from dealer representatives regarding title-related issues.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and a tidy workspace while warmly greeting customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints amicably and inform the Office Manager of any serious concerns.
  • Title Processing Responsibilities:
    • Verify incoming titles by cross-referencing VIN numbers with relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy in odometer readings and lien releases.
    • Prepare and file titles appropriately, ensuring they are delivered to the purchasing dealer.
    • Generate end-of-day reports and maintain updated records of outstanding title issues.
  • Payment Processing:
    • Manage payment transactions for dealers, including counting checks and issuing receipts.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Stay informed about DMV regulations related to vehicle titles.
    • Promote teamwork and set a positive example in attitude and performance.
    • Respond to incidents involving employees or customers, following established procedures.
    • Uphold company values, including Integrity, Customer Care, Innovation, Safety, Teamwork, Employee Welfare, Community Involvement, and Fun.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
