About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical/Trauma unit at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with complex surgical and trauma needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of experience in a surgical or trauma setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in a relevant specialty.
