Job Summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control/Administrative Coordinator to support the maintenance and optimization of inventory control at the South Bend location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping and receiving documentation.
    • Monitor order progress and report status as needed.
    • Communicate with production, leads, and drivers on order status.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Maintain and develop controls and procedures to ensure inventory control process is followed.
    • Perform regular cycle counts.
  • Procurement Support
    • Ensure timely and professional procurement of materials.
    • Calculate production and PO receive products.
    • Manage documentation related to vendor returns, product transfers, and purchase orders.
    • Reconcile AP to Purchase Orders.
  • Administrative Duties and Reporting
    • Create and manage spreadsheets and databases, and generate reports as needed.
    • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, processing, and sorting mail to maintain organizational efficiency.
    • Assist the HR Representative with general duties including assisting walk-in applicants, communicating possible team member concerns, daily time keeping, responding to team member inquiries, and other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of AS400
  • Proficient data entry
