Job Title: Home Care Agency Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at BYSHC Home Care Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain schedules for our caregivers, nurses, and clients.
  • Assist with HR/Payroll matters, such as gathering payroll data.
  • Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures.
  • Oversee the upkeep of clients and employee files.
  • Provide support to fellow team members.
  • Assist with interviews and pre-employment verifications.
  • Assist the Administrator with daily operations of agency functions.
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE HOME CARE EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred.
  • Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google shared documents.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
