Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Service: Achieve sales targets by consistently providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving deliveries, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the management team in coaching and mentoring new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Leadership: Take on the responsibility of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures for short periods of time.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the store management team, including handling cash transactions, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining store displays.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in key holder roles or similar positions, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and managing store operations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
