University City Housing is seeking a skilled Painter to assist with renovations, make readies, and daily work orders. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with residents and team members to perform painting and plastering tasks.
Responsibilities:- Perform painting and plastering tasks to maintain high-quality finishes
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure successful completion of assignments
- Assist with renovations and get homes ready for move-in
- Participate in snow removal and preventative maintenance as needed
- Strong painting and plastering experience (2+ years)
- Ability to work independently with minor supervision and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Valid driver's license and ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Comfortable with heights and ladders
- Willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours
