Painter Job Description

University City Housing is seeking a skilled Painter to assist with renovations, make readies, and daily work orders. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with residents and team members to perform painting and plastering tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform painting and plastering tasks to maintain high-quality finishes
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure successful completion of assignments
  • Assist with renovations and get homes ready for move-in
  • Participate in snow removal and preventative maintenance as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong painting and plastering experience (2+ years)
  • Ability to work independently with minor supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Comfortable with heights and ladders
  • Willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours
