Essential Qualifications and Skills
Education: A High School diploma is mandatory.
Certification: Required certification in Sterile Processing (CRCST or CBSPD).
Experience: At least one year of experience in a Sterile Processing environment within a healthcare facility.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills and strong customer service abilities.
- Mathematical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to perform physical tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the proper management of clean, sterile, and contaminated materials and equipment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel is essential.
Work hours, starting times, and workdays may be adjusted based on departmental and organizational requirements.
