Woodforest National Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Banker to join our team in Maryland-Severn. As a Retail Banker, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through proactive identification, marketing, and recommendation of bank products and services.

• Achieve individual sales targets by proactively identifying and marketing bank products and services that meet customer needs.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and automated teller machine maintenance.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

• 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an equivalent amount of directly related college education or volunteer service.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Conditions include standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. May involve lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
