SailPoint Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Lead to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and leading team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer interactions and client management
  • Delivery management and team leading activities
  • Reporting to Project managers/Directors
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IAM
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint technologies, integrations, development, and operations
  • Experience working with SailPoint IIQ development/Java and IdentityIQ
  • Onboarding multiple applications and managing estimates/integrations
  • Resolving queries and managing team and customer expectations
  • Developing rules, workflows, and connectors
  • Reporting, Excel, PPT, and dashboard management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IAM
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint technologies, integrations, development, and operations
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development/Java
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as SailPoint IIQ Lead
