Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Critical Care Nurse Educator will be responsible for:
1. Coordinating and implementing nursing education programs.
2. Assessing educational needs and developing training initiatives.
3. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality improvement and adherence to regulations.
4. Providing feedback and assisting in policy development related to nursing education.
Qualifications:
- BSN required
- Oklahoma RN License
- A minimum of three years of RN experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSN preferred
