The Food Service Tray Assistant plays a crucial role in the preparation and delivery of meals, ensuring that patients receive their food in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport meal trays to patients, retrieve used trays, assist patients with opening beverages and snacks, and support them in completing their meal selections.
  • Arrange meal components and manage the setup and breakdown of tray lines, as well as wash dishes as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Food Service Tray Assistant.
  • Food Handler Certification is necessary.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • This position requires considerable walking; candidates should be prepared for this aspect of the role.

Position Details:

  • Shifts may vary.
  • Flexibility is required.
  • Compensation is $16 per hour plus benefits.
  • Available shifts include both 8-hour and 12-hour options.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
  • This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
