The Heat and Frost Insulators Local 30 Apprenticeship program is designed to provide comprehensive training and industry knowledge to aspiring insulation craft workers.

Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and on-the-job experience, apprentices will gain the skills and expertise necessary to succeed in the insulation industry.

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced journeymen and participate in a structured training program that includes:

  • Computer-based learning and reading assignments
  • Classroom instruction and hands-on projects
  • On-the-job training and mentorship

Apprentices will also receive safety training and CPR certification, as well as benefits and pay increases as they progress through the program.

To be eligible for the apprenticeship, applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be physically able to perform the duties of an insulation and asbestos worker.

Applicants must also reside within the jurisdiction of Local #30 and have reliable transportation.
