About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our team at Aspen Dental. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team, conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, and providing high-quality clinical treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Mentor and coach a talented staff
  • Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community

Requirements

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
