**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the store management team to ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised, and well-staffed.
- Coordinate and communicate daily task assignments to the Customer Experience Representatives.
- Communicate sales goals and objectives to the Customer Experience Representatives.
- Ensure sales goals are achieved and identify areas that require merchandising attention.
- Assist with setting up company promotions and visual merchandising displays.
- Follow pre-opening, post-opening, and closing procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Engage and inspire customers on the sales floor, making meaningful connections and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Cashier duties, including handling customer transactions, receiving and processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized cash wrap area.
- Receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, cleaning the washroom, and removing garbage and recycling.
