Restaurant Preparation Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Preparation Specialist to join our team at Culver Franchising System, LLC. As a key member of our morning crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Arrive at the restaurant and conduct a thorough security check
* Turn off the alarm system and night lights, and assess maintenance and security from the previous day
* Clean and maintain the grill and fryer areas, including removing exhaust hood filters and cleaning equipment
* Set up the kitchen for the start of the day, including stocking food and supplies
* Maintain floors and garbage bins, and use designated cleaning equipment to prevent the transfer of grease
* Sweep and mop the prep and storage areas, as well as the guest restrooms, lobby, and condiment/drink area
* Shake doormats outside to remove dirt, and sweep and mop under all equipment
* Maintain the parking lot, and pick up trash from curbs, dumpster areas, drive-thru pads, and walkways

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work flexible schedules, including early morning shifts
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
