Job Overview

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Camp Counselor to join our team. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging environment for our campers, while also supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate activities and make connections with campers
  • Monitor safety and wellness, ensuring a secure and supportive environment
  • Actively supervise campers and ensure compliance with camp policies
  • Report and record details of notable concerns or incidents, as well as injuries to campers, staff, or yourself
  • Keep track of camper allergies and dietary restrictions

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred
  • First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
