Position Title: Space Planning Manager

Overview:

The Space Planning Manager plays a crucial role in crafting category space layouts and merchandising guidelines for CCSWB and/or customer-focused SSD & Still categories across designated territories. This position is pivotal in providing shelf leadership by designing layouts that align with channel strategies and portfolio insights to maximize category growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and propose space merchandising strategies to enhance product presence in retail environments.
  • Perform return on investment assessments and relay findings to focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retailer stakeholders and engage in sales discussions.
  • Work in tandem with Category Planning and sales operations teams to ensure effective in-store execution.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize SKU selection and space distribution.
  • Complete training on the latest space planning technologies and ensure software is current.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in space planning within the beverage or consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Proficiency in space planning software and data management systems.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities for handling extensive data sets.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from analytical data.
