Key Position-Different Role for BCBAs

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting initial assessments, developing evidence-based goals, and ensuring the smooth transition of cases.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools to identify client needs and develop evidence-based goals.
  • Work closely with Admissions and clinicians to ensure seamless intakes and transitions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to secure authorization for services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • BCBA certification.
  • LBS certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field, supervising others.
  • Ability to maintain a clean background, drug screenings, and driving record.
Expertise Needed
  • Training staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.
  • Completing initial assessments within insurance-based services.
  • Working with insurance-funded services.
  • Maintaining flexibility with hours and ability to work some weekends and nights as needed.
  • Conducting standardized assessments for a variety of ages and skillsets.
  • Using electronic data collection tools.
  • Providing services in home and clinical environments.
  • Conducting peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours.
