Join a dynamic team at iSolved, a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology. As an HCM Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our award-winning HCM solutions to new customers, leveraging your expertise and relationships with insurance brokers and other centers of influence. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Sell HCM solutions to new customers, leveraging your expertise and relationships with insurance brokers and other centers of influence
* Identify new business opportunities and develop and execute sales strategies
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of SAAS sales experience
* HCM experience required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong motivation for sales and a desire to continually grow and apply new skills
