Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' therapeutic and rehabilitative needs, developing personalized plans of care, and delivering effective treatment sessions. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' functional status and develop comprehensive plans of care to address their specific needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and creating targeted treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, communicating effectively with healthcare teams and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support patients' overall well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and skills into your practice to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in home health or community settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
