Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Laredo. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing and demonstrating proficiency in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in instructing other personnel as assigned
  • Perform a perceptive depth of clinical laboratory tests and procedures
  • Exercise independent judgment and responsibility
  • Maintain the highest degree of quality patient care
Qualifications
  • Licensed by ASCP or equivalent as a Technician in all clinical areas
  • B.S. in Medical Technology or graduated with an associates degree in applied science as applicable
  • Attained Medical Technology certification thru other agencies
