Job Summary:

APPS Paramedical Services is seeking skilled medical professionals to conduct insurance physicals for clients applying for life, health, or disability insurance products. As an independent contractor, you will work with minimal supervision to complete quality exams, utilizing your medical expertise to gather vital information. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality exams, including blood draws, medical histories, vital signs, and 12 lead EKGs
  • Work with clients in their homes or offices, using a mobile basis
  • Follow all compliance policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience and familiarity with taking vital signs
  • Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners
  • Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health
  • EKG experience is preferred but not required
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalency, with phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate preferred
