Location: Central Florida - Covering Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake & Volusia Counties

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure high standards of work.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance coordinator on tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and procurement.
  • Execute general maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Provide emergency maintenance services outside of regular business hours on rare occasions.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance functions including, but not limited to, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, light carpentry, property cleanouts, and preparing units for new occupants.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders to minimize callbacks.
  • Adhere to company standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and residents, delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor.
  • Strong background in general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
  • Capacity to complete work orders within established timeframes.
  • Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs and engaging in various physical activities.
  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend or after-hours work required.
  • Possession of basic hand tools is necessary; all other equipment and technology will be provided by the company.
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain supplies in the company vehicle.
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting during the training phase.
  • Compliance with pre-employment and periodic drug screening.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Preferred qualifications include EPA certification, HVAC certification, and bilingual skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate with the team and learn new skills.
