Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Check-in/Check-out Process: Greet clients and patients upon entry and exit of our facility, and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
- Case Differentiation: Differentiate cases between specialty or emergency care, and provide accurate information to clients.
- Payment and Scheduling: Take payments for services, assist clients with payment resources, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain medical and financial records through our practice management software, and communicate with referring veterinary offices as needed.
- Waiting Area and Exam Room Maintenance: Keep the waiting area and exam rooms clean and comfortable for our clients and patients.
- Compassionate Care: Show compassion for animals and their owners, and work to alleviate the stress that clients endure while their pets are hospitalized.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Multitasking and Adaptability: Be able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Client-Facing Experience: Have experience working with clients in a healthcare or customer-facing role.
