We're looking for a skilled Pharmacy Preparer to join our team at Strive Pharmacy.

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Preparer will be responsible for preparing and compounding custom prescriptions, both hazardous and non-hazardous, upholding the highest standards of quality control and compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling orders in our sterile and non-sterile fill zones
  • Assisting with assembly of prescription orders
  • Managing the front end for customer pick ups
  • Coordinating orders to be filled with our lab teams
  • Filling in production zones where needed

**Requirements**

  • Certified and licensed pharmacy technician, or licensed pharmacy technician trainee
  • Compounding experience preferred but not required (onsite training will be provided)
  • 1+ years in a pharmacy data entry position (retail/community/mail-order)

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.50 - $21 per hour, as well as various benefits including employer-paid healthcare coverage available after 30 days of employment, FSA/HSA options, parental leave, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and the benefit of weekends and holidays off.
