About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor for the OB GYN Clinic. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical team members, including RNs and CMAs, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement performance improvement projects to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 3 years' relevant experience in a clinical setting
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous experience in OBGYN or labor and delivery preferred
