Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Cath Lab team as a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular program, collaborating with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

Key Responsibilities
- You will prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- You will identify and assess patient conditions, preparing and positioning patients for care.
- You will maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict health accreditation standards.
- You will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, ensuring seamless orientation.
Your Qualifications
- You should be a graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or an accredited Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
- You must be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- BLS certification is required, and ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
