**Job Description**

BrightPath LLC seeks a highly skilled Advanced Behavioral Interventionist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver specialized behavioral support to individuals with severe challenging behaviors, promoting community integration and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver intensive behavioral interventions, applying advanced positive support strategies and crisis management techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, incorporating functional behavior assessments and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams to refine intervention strategies and promote client growth.
  • Analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions and drive program success.
  • Manage crisis situations, leveraging expertise in crisis prevention and intervention techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with individuals exhibiting severe challenging behaviors.
  • Education in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPI, MANDT) and experience in crisis intervention techniques.
  • Proven expertise in advanced behavioral support strategies and data-based decision making.
  • Experience with severe self-injurious behaviors, aggression, and complex cases requiring 2:1 staffing.
  • Strong skills in Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan development.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and behavioral data analysis.
  • Understanding of ethical considerations and rights restrictions in behavioral interventions.
  • In-depth knowledge of MN Statute 245D and HCBS regulations.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Benefits and Compensation
