Aureus Medical Group - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a skilled EEG Technician to join their team in Rochester, Minnesota.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented EEG Technician to perform electroencephalogram (EEG) tests on patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating EEG equipment, preparing patients for tests, and analyzing EEG data to diagnose neurological disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform EEG tests on patients to diagnose neurological disorders
- Set up and operate EEG equipment, including electrodes and amplifiers
- Prepare patients for tests, including explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
- Analyze EEG data to diagnose neurological disorders
- Communicate test results to healthcare providers
Requirements:
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ABRET-R.EEG.T (Registered EEG Tech) certification
- Up to 20lbs physical ability
