Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and procedures
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Develop and implement care plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Nursing
  • RN-Temp licensure within 60 days
  • APRN licensure in Texas
  • ACLS certification (not required for certain departments)
  • Prescriptive authority in Texas
Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
