We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Installation Team Lead to join our team at BrightView. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading our installation teams to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to team members on soil, planting, watering, and insect control
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Train personnel on safety protocols and procedures
  • Manage schedules and review charts and reports to ensure project progress

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in landscape installation
  • 1+ year of experience managing a team of 2+ people
  • At least 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read architectural drawings
  • Experience running equipment such as skid steer, excavator, and backhoe
