Medical Staff Services Specialist

Your Role: As a Credentialing and Privileging Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Medical Staff Services department. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate credentialing and privileging processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the provider enrollment database, maintaining accurate records and communicating with providers.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality within the department.
- Collaborate with the Medical Staff Coordinator to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in administrative experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree in healthcare is preferred.
Salary Range: $19.02 - $23.78 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
